ESOG Progressing on ECOG
The Ethiopian Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ESOG) has held a constructive meeting with John Hopkins Program for International Education in Gynecology and Obstetrics (JHPIEGO) on September 10, 2015 on matters related to technical assistance for the establishment of the Ethiopian College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ECOG).
ESOG is working towards the establishment of Ethiopian College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ECOG). On July 7, 2015 Experience sharing initial meeting was made with Dr Frank Anderson representative from University of Michigan.
A training on care for survivors of sexual violence was conducted from March 25-27, 2015 in Addis Ababa. 27 health care providers from 23 public hospitals from 5 regions took the training.
